Hot Plate

February 25th, 2005

So I made the second payment on my newish vehicle and thought to myself… “It’s a bit odd that I haven’t received my license plates yet.”

Is it possible someone stole them? As inefficient as I believe government agencies to be, there’s no way it could take this long. Weeks maybe, but months? This means I have to contact the Department of Motor Vehicles… Crap!

Man … I just remembered that my drivers license expires in a few months. It is times like this when a clone would come in handy.

I re-registered my car December 1st. I’ve yet to recieve my tags. They claim they’ve been sent to me, TWICE now. I must have a mail roach that steals certain things outta my box before I get to it. Maybe you’ve got one too?

It took months for me to get my plates for my new car – Then it took even longer for me to decide to actually put them on my car. I kind of liked driving around without them.
