Atomic Bombshell

Ghost Ship

April 10th, 2005

Normally I have an opinion about movies, but this time I’m at a loss. Didn’t hate it. Didn’t love it. Not sorry I saw it. Wouldn’t recommend it. It’s entirely possible that I’m so desperate for a good adventure film that I’m willing to pretend Sahara wasn’t as cheesy as Wisconsin.

My brother keeps bugging me to go see this. I just keep telling him that I have no reason to watch a movie about a desert.

I’d see it for the eye candy alone… Mmmm, Matthew! :)

I’ve yet to see it and I can totally see where you are coming from about this movie. It’s like something is missing. Eh, I love all the 3 major actors in it, but hmmm… I guess the plot just doesn’t mesh well with them. Something just seems amiss.

Uh oh… a Dirk Pitt flick. I hope it’s better than “Raise the Titanic” which was a fun book and a rotten movie ;-P

You know, Steve Zahn was great. I’m told he was an odd casting choice, quite different from the character in the book, but his work was entertaining; a very likeable supporting actor.

Mathew McConaughey will never be as entertaining as he was in Dazed and Confused!

I felt the same way about Sin City. If blogger ever comes back up I’ll post my review.
