This Week: Things I Would Do If I Never Had to Work Again
1. Vacation somewhere warm, with white sands, turquoise seas, palm trees, frosty drinks, and steel drums playing in the background.
2. Put my marketing expertise to work for the little guy by volunteering to help raise money for my favorite charitable causes.
3. Start an organization to provide needy kids with versatile wardrobes and hygiene lessons… I’d have killed for this as a teen.
4. My husband would undoubtedly veto me on this, but I could take in abused children who need a good home.
5. Learn how to write valid CSS and XHTML and then undo the code butchering that litters this blog.
6. Make a reservation with Virgin Galactic to secure my spot on their next space flight.
7. Establish a comfortable daily routine which includes some time to just meditate and relax.
8. Go back to school and study all of the subjects that I always wanted to learn more about.
9. Resume playing music. Maybe even join a local symphony orchestra.
10. Become the new & improved (cooler, less bitchy) Martha Stewart.

Here’s a little tid bit of information passed on to me. What is the one thing 100% of all lottery winners do? (assuming you are talking about suddenly coming into possession of a large sum of money by lottery or otherwise) The answer is apparently… #11 Gain Weight.

Your non-working life sounds much rich and textured than my working life. I would just travel, grab three friends and travel until I could travel no more.

Was that supposed to be a put-down? AWESOME! It’s been a while I was last flamed. Too bad I celebrate being a “full of shit girlie girl” …and growing up is a tad overrated.
BTW, I think you meant “You’re” not “your” - but what do I know?
