One of my favorite people in the whole wide world will be participating in a bicycle race this weekend, and today I’m asking for your support of a good cause - The National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Jordan is a talented cyclist with the Wells Fargo team, and he’s riding in the 2005 MS 150 Tour, which starts in Huntington Beach and ends way down in San Diego. He also must have learned something from his moblogging buddy here, because he says he’ll be sending us pictures from the road.
With $150 left to raise (that’s last I checked, and after I made my donation) and only a couple days to meet that goal, I’ve offered Jordan my help. Since I’ve already been through the online process, I’ll tell you it’s quick and easy, plus they send you a registered receipt that you can use to deduct your donation at tax time. No gift is too small… A few bucks here and there adds up!

Wish I was able to help, MS is a really fucked up disease. A couple of friends of mine already lost their mother to this disease and another friend’s mother is currently dealing with it. Good luck to you, Jordan.

Okay, we FINALLY get a picture:
Note the brutality with which he pushes competition out of the way, and also how every thing on the guy from head to toe matches… Including the bike and all its accessories… What a METRO!
