When my brain is on empty, I can always count on Silentz to hook me up with some good shiz. This week it’s this video of two brothers, Chase & Cole Armitage, who practice a form of street-style martial arts that’s a blend of Parkour and the Wushu training style… Press play!

Not as badass as Kenpo, but I remember as a youngster jumping off of roofs and rolling as I landed. My brother used to “show” me off to his friends as the only 8 year old that could do a drop kick wrestling style and land on my feet. Not to shabby for some street guys but real world applications are something else.

Me too, Zee. I’d never heard of it before this, but in doing a little background work on these guys, I checked out that Parkour site and was fascinated.
