  Ugh! I know just how you feel. Last summer I was prego and had a big ass kidney stone that got stuck. Long story short…bad kidney infection, high fever, a lot of morphine, and two surgeries later I was all better. I hope that you get well soon.

  ouch!! ive never known KIDNEY infection, but i know BLADDER infection all to well. i get it like 2 times a month. IM DYING!!

  i hope you feel better tho and recover to the fullest. i wanna see you leaping buildings in a single bound!!

  Ouchie!
  I’ve had a kidney infection before too.
  Landed me in the hospital for 4 days on IV and Anti-biotics.
  Hope you feel better…
  The doctors will take good care of you.

  Best of luck to you. I hope you at least get out of the hospital soon. That would not sit well with me to be stuck in a bed away from home (in that situation at least :p)

  Thanks, Kyle… Not many ways to update a blog when you’re in the hospital, at least not when you’re in a crappy Kaiser Permanente ghetto hospital. But not to worry, they released me just the other day and I’m slowly working my way back to full health.

  That’s sucks, it must be killing you to be off the bike. I had an accident a few months ago that kept me off the bike for a few weeks and it drove me crazy. Best advice is start back sllloooooowwwwly, you’ll be back in no time. Hope you have a fast recovery.

  Okay, so now we’re hearing stories all over the national news about this e-coli outbreak from spinach and other leafy green veggies… That’s what took me down!!!

  Drink lots of fluids and think pure thoughts. Kidney infections are pretty debilitating, and it takes a while for your bod to recover. Don’t rush it.

  Kidney infections are the worst - but water and cranberry juice got me through my last one.
