Hey, you should count yourself lucky! The last company I worked for FIRED me because I told my boss he was wrong, and was about to FLUSH $250,000 down the toilet. Oh, and I was wrong - it ended up being closer to half a million! So, now I do the consultant thing, and my ex-boss is still exec VP. Is there something WRONG with this pic? (Oh, and I later found out that my ex-boss HATES to be told he’s wrong.) But, I’m glad it all worked out for you! You go!

Procrastination…

I procrastinate when I’m depressed. And I get depressed when I feel like my efforts do not matter. Then its perpetuated by procrastination.

Take baby steps… focus on one task and do it well… then move to the next.

Sometimes it’s helpful to trick your brain neurons by doing things differently. Creating new pathways to your tasks. Changing your routine. Possibly even driving to work a different way if possible. Rearranging your office. I know it sounds strange but try it.

Anyway, I’m extremely impressed. Awesome Job Girl!

Yay! I know how you feel, having just gone through a major product launch at my company, and my job was to make sure all the print collateral and packaging was done in time for the launch. It sure is a lot of work, but so rewarding to see the fruits of your labor at the end. Congrats!
