It’s too cold for me to be outside now. I’ve been doing exercise and lots of walking shows on OnDemand. I can’t handle any sort of chill in the air.

Kimberly: I knew that complaining about how long it’s taking in my previous post would anti-jinx it into finally ending. How does it feel? Let’s just say I’ve already been to Social Security and the DMV to get my maiden name back. Hooray! I’m doing cartwheels.

Peggy: Umm… You could jog, or walk, or even meander. As long as your feetsies are moving it’ll count the calories burned. Then, if you’re like me, you’ll use that information as an excuse to eat more.
